Welcome to Ligia Fernandez Virtual Services (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

 
Services Offered

Ligia Fernandez Virtual Services provides:

  • Custom website design and development

  • Digital marketing materials (social media kits, brochures, etc.)

  • Remote online notarizations, where legally authorized

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

  • Communicate promptly and professionally

  • Review and approve drafts or documents in a timely manner

  • Ensure you have the rights to all content and materials you submit for use in your project

  • Attend scheduled appointments for notary services with valid ID

 
Payments and Refunds

  • All services must be paid for as agreed upon in your service contract.

  • Payments are accepted via most major credit and debit cards. No paper checks or cash payments of any kind are accepted.

  • Fees for notary services are non-refundable once the session begins

  • Design or marketing services may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion if canceled early

  • Late payments may delay project delivery

 
Turnaround Time and Revisions

  • Turnaround times vary by project and will be outlined in your service contract

  • Reasonable revisions are included within project scope

  • Excessive revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges

 
Remote Online Notarization Requirements

  • You must be located in a U.S. state that allows remote online notarization. US citizens located outside the US at the time of notarization can use the service as long as they provide one of the IDs listed below.

  • Valid photo IDs accepted include

    1. U.S. State-Issued Driver’s License

    2. U.S. State-Issued Identification Card (non-driver ID)

    3. U.S. Passport (book or card)

    4. U.S. Military ID Card (active duty, reserve, or retired)

    5. U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card)

  • A stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone are required.

  • A recording of the notary session will be securely stored to meet legal compliance

 
Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables (e.g., websites, marketing materials) become your property after final payment

  • We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed

  • You may not resell or redistribute our designs or templates without written permission

 
Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your information, project details, or notarized documents without your written consent, except where required by law.

 
Termination

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

  • The client violates these Terms

  • Communication is abusive, unprofessional, or unresponsive

  • Legal compliance cannot be met for notary services

Any outstanding balance remains due upon termination.

 
Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Third-party platform outages (e.g., domain hosts, video tools)

  • Errors in materials or documents provided by the client

  • Consequential damages arising from delays or service limitations

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

 
Changes To These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with the effective date updated accordingly.
