Ground Rules for Doing Business with Ligia Fernandez Virtual Services

 

To ensure a smooth and professional partnership, I ask that all clients adhere to the following guidelines:

• Client Location: At this time, I'm only accepting clients located in the United States and Canada.

• Payment Terms: I accept digital payments via US-based credit or debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal. No checks or cash payments of any kind are accepted. Please note that remote notarizations must be paid for during the online session - no exceptions.

• Transparency: Clear and honest communication is essential. Please provide accurate information about your business, goals, and any relevant details upfront to help me deliver the best results.

• Service Agreement: A signed service contract and deposit of $50 are required before work begins. The deposit will be credited on your first invoice. This ensures your project is properly scheduled and sets clear expectations.

• Late Fees: Payment is due upon receipt of your invoice. Payments not received 30 days after date of invoice will incur a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding balance until paid in full.

• Project Scope & Changes: Any significant changes to the agreed scope of work may require additional fees and an updated contract. I will always do my best to communicate these changes as promptly as possible.

• Respect and Professionalism: I expect mutual respect and professionalism in all our interactions in order to foster a positive and productive working relationship.
